How does Loans Ruler work?

Loans Ruler satisfies a wide range of functions which allow you to manage your financial depreciation at 360°.

Variable calculation

It calculates all the variables of a depreciation schedule: instalment, frequency, duration, rate and principal, each variable depending on the values assumed by the others.

Exportation

Depreciation schedules are exportable in a format that can be imported from Excel or Numbers.

Monitoring and Analysis

The Graphs view allows you to view the  trend of the different variables of a schedule developed depending on the chosen method and also to compare the  trend with those of a different depreciation method.

Pre-depreciation period

Schedules can be developed by also providing a pre-depreciation period.

Social Sharing

The created amortisation schedule can be printed and shared through social networks and the most popular apps including: Messages, Mail, WhatsApp, FB, Instagram, LinkedIn, Messenger and Notes.

User Friendly

The Schedule view displays the development of the depreciation schedule in an easily navigable table.

Methods which can be selected

The depreciation methods which can be selected are: French (constant instalments), Italian (constant principal amount) and German (constant instalments, prepaid interest).

Set your chosen duration

The duration of the loan can be expressed in years, months or years and fractions of  a year.

Still to be implemented

For each depreciation method, the  user can view the mathematical formula applied with a description of the main features of the schedule.
